We’re coming to the end of June, and while I’ve been writing all month, it’s been a slower month than I expected. Featured image is unrelated to anything in this post.

The New Roommate is still developing, with a fourth woman now in the picture. I added 5k to it over the last month, and a “sister from another mister” has entered the picture (picter?). I think this story has another month to go. And it will probably be a standalone.

An Accidental Monarch, the second volume of the Taledin series , has seen about 7k added. Davian and Alyssa and their ladies have gone to visit Alyssa’s childhood friend, Queen Vanessa, and in today’s writing spell, Vanessa has arranged for a “girls day” tour and spa visit for the ladies in Davian’s life.

And while my time shift fantasy still tentatively named “The Retinue” has some more work to go before its first volume is finished, I started writing a semi-parallel story to it in the same time-shifted Earth setting and culture, but with a man who only gets one person assigned to his Retinue. That’s gotten a bit of attention recently as well.

And as I’d mentioned some exclusive or early access content, I think the piece for July will be an interstitial chapter from You Are My Water, My World. There’s a book in the story about the life of a predecessor of Kelvin’s, and an ancestor of Fresca’s, but I don’t want to hold up the first volume of that story so I can finish the flashback book.
