The Three States of Brenda Marie – Now on Amazon

I’ve written before about the Solana series, involving a rest stop and a beach hotel and an unexpected romance. I realized this past week that I had finished the first story in this series almost a month ago, so I focused on editing and getting it ready for release.

It’s now available on Amazon Kindle and Kindle Unlimited at https://amzn.to/48bHwTs #ad.

Robert Dennison leaves Silicon Valley behind, heading out in a camper van to explore the world and himself. At his first stop on the journey, he meets Brenda Marie Deline, a young woman hitchhiking through the central coast apparently on a journey of self-discovery of her own.

They click quickly and passionately, ending up near the beach in San Diego. Her escape ends up not happening the way she expected. And his mobile journey looks to be less mobile, or at least less of a solo journey.

As with most of what I write, the story has plenty of mutually satisfying sex, shared introspection, and a few puns. Unlike most, this one features a stop at Pizza Hut and an auspicious wine selection at dinner. It’s a 23,000 word romance, or the first installment of this romance.

As always, it is available on Kindle Unlimited at no extra cost, or available for purchase at a nominal cost. The second part is underway, and should be out by the end of the month, or early in March.
