My story queue is up to 16 now. I’ve added words to seven of them in the past week alone.
Sometimes I get a phrase in my head and have to get it into a document so I stop thinking that phrase every time I change where I’m sitting.
I’ve set the first Solana book down the path to editing and publication. It may not make it by Valentine’s Day but it should be good to go by the end of the month. I’m hoping to have the second Mendocino book by the end of the month as well. The first one is out and getting some attention. Check it out here:
A short scene with a man and his harem sitting in the living room discussing why guys like boobs has apparently turned into a 4-5 book series, plus an origin short story. I’m having fun with it, but it is distracting me from other stories that are closer to being ready to launch.
I’m also getting a bit distracted on Reddit, as well, getting to know the market a bit better and even interacting with some of my own favorite writers here and there. If you’re on Reddit, feel free to join me over there.
Thanks to those of you who are reading my stuff. It means a lot. If you haven’t yet, check it out at https://amzn.to/3UGpzJD so you’re ready for the second Mendocino book later in the month.
PS: The featured image for this post is an attempt at a cover for that book, featuring Renee and Tracey. I played with Google’s new AI test run for this. We’ll see if it ends up on the cover or not.
