It looks like the first part of the story that this becomes a prequel to, currently named “Renee Tilden: Coasting,” will be finalized and published before next Monday. That story, the first of my Mendocino series, doesn’t require the Tracey Rose story to enjoy, but it does build on this one.

I hinted at this in my “Rush of shorts” post last week. But it’s looking like part two of the series is about done, so I hope to get part one out soon.
